By creating an account or using WAValidator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

WAValidator provides a WhatsApp number validation service that allows users to verify whether phone numbers are registered on WhatsApp. The service includes:

  • • Bulk validation capabilities
  • • Usage analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

One Account Per User: You may only create one account per email address.

4. Credits and Payment

Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system. One credit is consumed per phone number validated. Credits do not expire.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for credit purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

WAValidator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

  • • Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but unused credits will remain valid for 90 days.
